Powdery Mildew | May 2020

Evaluations were conducted to test the performance of PureCrop1 for controlling powdery mildew infections on rose. Laboratory bioassays were used to evaluate the ability of PureCrop1 to eradicate existing powdery mildew infections and evaluate any residual action of PureCrop1 against reoccurring infections at two concentrations. PureCrop1 was found to perform as well or better than a standard fungicide used for mildew control in commercial roses.

"...the results of the trial clearly demonstrated that PureCrop1 could be used as an effective fungicide for Sphaerotheca pannosa control on roses and can perform as well or better than a leading commercial fungicide."

Terpenes Studies

Terpenes Study | December 2020

Terpene Specific Analysis
Terpene Comparison

The following results were obtained from recent field trials conducted on Hemp plantings located in Hollister, CA and Live Oak, CA to determine the effect of PureCrop1 by looking at terpenes specifically. The table above provides the results of 3 PureCrop1 treatments compared to the control plot. The results clearly demonstrate the tremendous benefits that PureCrop1 had on Hemp flower terpene levels.

The “Hollister 3X Treat” data was taken from a 5-acre planting of the Goliath variety that received a total of three – 1% v/v foliar applications throughout the season applied with a standard boom sprayer at 30 GPA H2O. The 20-acre adjacent “Hollister Control” plot was also planted to the Goliath variety and received no PureCrop1 applications. All treatments received the same nutrient program.

The “Hollister 3X Treat” demonstrated the following increases in terpenes over the control plot: 200% increase in Caryophyllene, 71% increase in Myrcene, 46% increase in Limonene, and 1600% increase in Guaiol.

The “Live Oak 10X Treat” data was obtained from a 20-acre planting of the Goliath variety that received 10 applications. The early season applications were made by ground and the later season applications were made by helicopter for both varieties. The first and second applications were made at .5% v/v and increased thereafter to 1.5% v/v. Both ground and aerial applications were made at 30 GPA H2O.

The “Live Oak 10X Treat” demonstrated the following increases in Terpenes versus the control: 540% increase in Caryophyllene, 3014% increase in Myrcene, 313% increase in Limonene, and 9510% increase in Guaiol.

The “Live Oak 11X Treat” data was obtained from an adjacent 20-acre planting of the Peach Goliath variety. The early season applications were made by ground and the later season applications were made by helicopter for both varieties. The first and second applications were made at .5% v/v and increased thereafter to 1.5% v/v. Both ground and aerial applications were made at 30 GPA H2O.

The “Live Oak 11X Treat” demonstrated the following increases in Terpenes versus the control: 422% increase in Caryophyllene, 1819% increase in Myrcene, 795% increase in Limonene, and 5410% increase in Guaiol.

The study concluded that the application of PureCrop1 resulted in a 21.9% average increase in essential nutrients for plant growth, including a 105% increase in zinc ppm, a 32.3% increase in manganese ppm, and a 33.3% increase in iron ppm.
