At West Coast Ag Products, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to have a positive experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For safety and regulatory reasons, opened or used agricultural products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include the following in your message:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange one of the following:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Items marked final sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they ship. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.

Use Disclaimer

Agricultural products must be used according to label directions. West Coast Ag Products cannot accept returns for products that were applied incorrectly or used outside of label recommendations.

Regulatory Restrictions

Certain products may be restricted in specific states due to regulatory requirements. Orders placed in restricted regions may be canceled prior to shipment.
